With just enough Madhur Jaggery for a caramelly sweetness, it makes a super velvety cup of cocoa. You can spice it up by adding cinnamon or cardamom, or turn up the heat with chilli powder.

Ingredients
Anamalai Cacao, Madhur Jaggery, Surya Salt.
Directions
Simmer 1-2 tbsp hot cocoa mix and any additional spices in 1 cup water for two minutes; 2. Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
