Unlike traditional stand mixers with the motor in the head, the Assistent Original® houses its motor in the base, creating a low center of gravity that keeps the machine stable on your worktop. Its distinctive design, low noise levels, and exceptional performance have set it apart for generations. The base is backed by a 7-year warranty for added confidence in its quality and durability.

A spacious 7-liter stainless steel bowl makes this the ideal machine for preparing both small and large batches. It can mix up to 1.5 liters of liquid and handle up to 5 kg (11 lbs.) of dough without a problem.

At the heart of the original 1940 design is the signature Dough Roller, which kneads and mixes ingredients against the side of the rotating bowl, mimicking the motion of hand kneading. The adjustable Dough Roller can also be used to mix batters, whip cream and egg whites, and more. For an alternative kneading method, the included Dough Hook makes it easy to choose the technique that works best for your recipe. Two control knobs provide variable speed control, an on/off switch, and a built-in timer for simple operation.
