We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date for online orders or in-store purchase date within the below outlined parameters. In-store returns and exchanges require your digital receipt and order number.
Used or opened items are final sale. Unused, unopened items in their original condition can be returned for a store credit within the 30 day allotted window except for the products listed below.
Please note we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following items and they are FINAL SALE:
Food & Pantry, Appliances & Electrics, and Furniture.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced if reported within the 30 day allotted window.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded for online orders. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
