Use + Care
Heat safe up to 1000°F (750°F for Gold) and dishwasher safe, this cookware is safe for metal utensils and durable enough for abrasive sponges like steel wool on the interior. To maintain performance, coat the interior with a high smoke point oil to activate the nonstick and clean the exterior with a soft sponge to prevent scratches; for deep cleaning, deglaze with boiling water and baking soda or scrub with a baking soda and vinegar paste. Use caution as handles and knobs may become hot during stovetop or oven use.
