During harvest, the organic olives are picked by hand and cold-pressed immediately to ensure freshness and rich antioxidant and polyphenol content (380 mg/kg).
This unique blend was created just for Flamingo Estate, including olives from trees that have grown on the farm's land for over 150 years. The result is a vibrant, green, and peppery oil — balanced by softer fruit notes.
