This Extra Bold blend combines Peru Namballe and Ecuador Finca Arashi Typica Mejorado, two coffees previously featured as single origins. Together, they create a rich, complex cup with notes of star anise, vanilla, and molasses.
The Peru coffee comes from smallholder farmers who use organic fertilizers and shade-grown practices that help protect the nearby Tabaconas Namballe National Sanctuary. The Ecuador coffee showcases the rare Typica Mejorado varietal, a unique Ecuadorian variety descended from Ethiopian Landrace genetics.
