Fine popcorn kernels to make at home for after school snacks or late night movies! The kernels are Non-GMO Project Verified and grown on Bjorn's family farm in Minnesota or one of our partner farms in New York's Hudson Valley.
You can know which farm it came from by looking at the lot number on the bottom of the box. The first two letters are the farm the the second two are the harvest year.
Heat a couple tablespoons of oil in a kettle over medium heat. Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup kernels. Shake or stir occasionally until the popping starts, then constantly tilt until it finishes. Dump your riches into a hefty bowl, season with salt, nutritional yeast, cayenne, or whatever fun stuff your family is into. Air popping is not recommended as the kernels have less moisture than the average store brand popcorn.
