Whole leaf green tea from the women-run Chota Tingrai Estate in Upper Assam, India, where sustainable growing methods and the welfare of local tea growing communities are prioritized. Paired with lemongrass sourced directly from a cooperative of farmers in eastern Nepal, harvested over a long growing season, handpicked and machine dried to preserve its citrus flavor, and mint grown by a collective of 45 small-scale farmers in Herat and Ghor, Afghanistan, prioritizing fair trade initiatives, sustainable farming practices and improving local livelihoods.
