Made with ginger sourced from a collective of small farmers in Nicaragua, cardamom grown by Don Jesus in Trinidad, Santa Bárbara, Honduras, cassia cinnamon from a sustainability-focused collective in Cao Bang, Vietnam, fennel grown by a collective of 45 small-scale farmers in Herat and Ghor, Afghanistan, and vine-ripened black pepper hand harvested on the Parameswaran family farm in Thirunelly, Kerala, India.
